Non‑Refundable Items: Final sale products—such as gift cards, clearance items, and perishable or intimate goods—are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Process

Receive Authorization & Label:

After approval, you’ll get a return shipping label and an RMA number to include in your package.

Pack securely in original packaging, affix the prepaid label, and drop off at the designated carrier.

Inspection & Confirmation:

Once received, we inspect your return and notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

3. Refunds

Other Exchanges: For size or variant swaps, treat the process as a return followed by a new purchase—submit a return request, then place a new order.

Rejected Returns: If a return is declined (e.g., outside window or ineligible item), you may be responsible for shipping fees to reclaim the item.
6. Lost or Damaged Returns

Traceable Shipments: We recommend using the provided prepaid label with tracking; WRLDEU SHOP is not responsible for items lost in transit if you opt for your own carrier.
